     As a customer, I am so pleased to have you and your company serving my hvac needs.  My wife and I were just serviced by John Dupree, what a wonderful man and such a terrific person to represent the Estes Company.  We bought our unit from Estes several years ago and just had it serviced in May as we usually do for the a/c. We also do the heater in fall.  When my wife turned on the a/c the other day, it was not cool.  So  she called Estes and out came John Dupree and within 30 minutes or so, we are comfortable and pleased!  Thank you for your terrific service and honorable company.  It is a true pleasure to do business with such a fine and upstanding company that always pleases the customer.

Estes Services Tech Raymond Scott arrived as scheduled, and was incredibly friendly. He provided excellent service and advice about how to help us with our air conditioner. The circuit board has gone out on our system, and he was very good about explaining everything so that even a heating/cooling dunce like myself could understand. He was very patient with me and willing to talk to my husband on the phone while he was here, so we could make the best decisions about what to do and how to fix our problem. I genuinely enjoyed his visit, and appreciated how he sympathized with us and our air-conditioning woes. He was professional, yet kind. I trusted him implicitly and highly recommend him!
