We are currently shopping for a new A/C and we are receiving quotes from a few other companies. I contacted Estes due to good reviews and made an appt for Thurs. I received a call from Mr. Bazemore about an hour later stating he would be in the area and could come by today. Perfect!He arrived ready for business, explained everything in terms that we could understand, completed a thorough inspection, patiently answered our questions and provided a detailed, written estimate. I appreciate that we didn't have to listen to 30+ minutes of a sales (pressure)pitch. The pricing we received is reasonable and Mr. Bazemore was very knowledgeable. I'm pretty confident we will be choosing Estes for our A/C replacement.

I used Estes for years when I lived in the metro area. I was glad to find out they also serviced the Jackson area. My technician, Darren Pace was wonderful. He explained what he was doing, offered recomendations and took the time to tell me why they would be beneficial. I will definitely be making the changes he recommended.

The home that we live in was built in the 1950's. The HVAC system we have operating in our home was put there quite a few years ago, but was still working fine so we researched other ways of lowering our heating and cooling bills. We contacted Estes Heating & Air Conditioning in Atlanta, Georgia and spoke with Dan Bramblett in the Weatherization Department and he notified us that we could save more money with the correct insulation in our attic and crawlspace areas. We were really excited to learn that Georgia Power offered a rebate on the insulation and that we could get tax benefits from the project. We set up the appointment and eagerly awaited the day. The Weatherization crew showed up promptly and started with a blower door test. This test determines a home's air tightness and where any leaks may be letting precious air out. Estes has been great. The only issue I had with them was a major one. They equipment they installed was not the equipment they quoted me. In the end, they gave me a 2 year service contract and secured 10 year warranties on both parts and labor at no extra cost to me. I don't think I have any more reason to complain. I'm both shocked and pleased by the effort they put forth to right their wrong.

Got in touch with them to better insulate my house, save on utility bills. They did a great job helping me complete the forms for the GA Power rebate program. The work was well done and I can already notice some improvement. Great team they have doing the work.
