Good Customer Service! I called in last week to schedule regular maintenance on my unit for the summer. The representative was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me information on the maintenance agreement and i was sold immediately. Tech came out and maintenanced my unit and he showed me how dirty my filter was. He also showed me the coils before and after he cleaned them on the outside.I appreciated him showing me all of the things he was doing. It made me feel like I got my money's worth. Thanks Estes!

Estes was able to come a day earlier than the appointment time. Darren Pace was competent, friendly, very conservative on the amount of time he charged me. My air is up and running and I still have grocery money!

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the efforts of your two work crews who came to my house at the end of this week. David & Jered on Thursday insulated around the furnace in the crawlspace, sealed the plates and openings in the attic, and then insulated the attic. They did a great job, worked hard all day (I don't think they even took a lunch break), and even hauled away those old pieces of carpet in the attic. Those two are very good guys... pleasant... hardworking... and they go above and beyond what they have to do.

I would say the same about the duct cleaning and sealing crew. Derrick and Brandon and their guys were terrific. And they brought my leakage down from 49%.... to 3.4 %! They also hauled away that old de-humidifier and the duct work connected to it. They were amiable and focused; they explained everything they were doing... worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. That's a good bunch.

If you ever have a customer who is unsure... have him or her call me.

We've had several problems with our a/c, one being a possible leak. When Darren Pace showed up on the scene, he recommended (after previously reviewing our file) a cheaper and more efficient option. Darren is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! If we have any further problems, we will be requesting Darren!

On 4/10/12 I assisted a friend of mine Paula Drost while her air system was completely replaced. It was a long process but the team of Josh, Maurice and Onell made it a most pleasant experience!! From their excellent customer service to cleaning everything up and unending patience...they were the best. I would highly recommend Estes to everyone!!
