To all the personnel I interacted with at Estes Services, namely, Tracey and Ashley, at the customer service line, and Mr. Messer, Mr. Bazemore, Ms. Christiansen, and you, Ms. Tarter, the biggest thank you I have ever expressed to any employees who went out of their way to help a customer out. 

I am overseas right now, and I just had the most amazing customer service experience I have had in decades. This is certainly a memorable exchange... for the greatness of your customer service focus.
