On a day when the temperature was 103, my Airconditioner stopped working. Estes sent out a technicial named Hank Cox. He called me before coming out and was here exactly when he said he would be. Not only was he prompt but also courteous and knowledgeable. He found the problem with my airconditioning and fixed it quickly. Estes and Hank Cox are both on my good list. Thanks.
