Ryan and David installed the Carrier Infinity system in our home today. They were both very professional and did a great job. Ryan was very thorough in explaining how everything worked and going over the warranty information. We have had a relationship with Estes for twenty years and will continue to do so.

I've worked many years in customer service positions so I have a good idea of what good customer service is. Let me just say that Lee is one of the most pleasant and professional service men I've ever met. Not only is he polite and always smiling but he takes the time to explain everything he is doing and genuinely cares that you understand everything he is doing and are happy with the results. He also shows up on time and calls beforehand to let you know he is on the way. Give Estes a call and ask for Lee. You will be glad you did!

My Estes Service Technician inspected my furnace and found a suspicious looking area on the fire box and reported it to me and the service department. My furnace needed hospice.
Quickly a senior inspector validated the need to replace the unit to keep my family safe.
Within a week a new furnace was sized and installed making my home ready for the winter season.
